Course Description
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Ophthalmic Science program was started at Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology from 2000 AD. Previously it was affiliated with the Kathmandu University (KU) and since 2014 it is affiliated with Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). The main objective of this program is to produce qualitative mid level eye health human resources who can play significant role in eye health care delivery.
Eligibility Criteria: SEE with Grade C in English, Math and Science
No. of Positions: 40 per year
Duration: 3 years
